Patricia "Patsy" Ann Rhoda

Patricia (aka Patsy) Ann Rhoda was born on October 13, 1942 to Ernest and Caroline (Engelby) Rhoda of Elmore, MN.   She lived with her parents on their farm near Elmore, MN until she moved to Kaplan Woods Care Home (formerly Rainbow Residence and Cedardale Homes) in Owatonna, MN in 1982. 

Patsy worked at Cedar Valley Services in Owatonna, MN from 1982 until just recently when she started hospice care.  Patsy passed away at her home on Wednesday, October 23, 2019.  She was 77 years old. 

Patsy was known her bright smile and big laughter. She enjoyed her apple pies and loved the song "You are my sunshine". Patsy enjoyed watching movies especially "The Three Stooges" and “Mary Poppins”.  She enjoyed spending time with family, friends and the staff at both Kaplan Woods Care Home and Cedar Valley Services. 

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, several aunts, uncles and cousins. 

Patsy will be missed by her friends and close staff at Kaplan Woods Care Home and Cedar Valley Services. 

A Celebration of Life for Patsy will be held on Sunday, November 3 from 230p-4p at Kaplan Woods Care Home, 285 Cedardale Drive, Owatonna, MN 55060
