Michael Long

Michael Warren Long passed away Wednesday March 9, 2022, at the age of 44 years old. Mike was born October 23, 1977, in Austin, MN to Warren and Nancy (Wubben) Long. He attended Blue Earth Area High School and graduated in 1996. Mike was a confirmed member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Blue Earth. He resided at the family farm in Frost. Mike enjoyed fishing, camping and driving four wheelers. He had a great love for his dogs, but his greatest joy was spending time with his nieces and nephews. Mike was greatly loved and will be dearly missed. Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Warren and Nancy Long of Blue Earth, sisters Jennifer (William) Pettiecord of Jackson, MN and Kristine (Jorge) Lopez of Blue Earth. Two children, nieces Veronica and Hailey and nephews Nikolas, Joshua, Brandon and Bryan. The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
