Julie A. Ohm

July 23, 1971 — September 13, 2022

Julie Ann Ohm, 51, of Blue Earth passed away peacefully on Tuesday September 13th at St. Luke’s Care Center after her battle with cancer.

Visitation will be held at Patton Funeral Home on Friday, September 16, 2022 from 5-7pm. Memorial service will be held at the Elmore Methodist Church on Saturday, September 17 at 11am. Interment will take place at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery in rural Elmore.

Julie was born on July 23, 1971 to Roger and Jeanette (Dahlman) Ohm.
She was the youngest sibling of 3, having an older sister Carolyn and older brother David.

She was a 1989 graduate at Holy Trinity High School.

As time went on she started her family.  She was blessed with two boys, Alex and Jacob.  Those boys were her life and she would do anything for them.

She married David Boettcher on August 2, 2021.  Julie loved her family and enjoyed her time spent with them.

She worked as a CNA for many years.  She had a heart of gold and made many friends along the way.  Her best friend Tanya of 24 years always promised her that if anything ever happened to her, Alex and Jacob would always have Auntie T to go to for love and advice.

She enjoyed going to thrift stores, diamond art, had a love for sunflowers, cardinals and Christmas time.

After being diagnosed with cancer, Julie wanted to make as many memories as possible with her family.  She has left an impression on our hearts and never will be forgotten.

Left to cherish her memory, husband David Boettcher of Blue Earth, MN; sons Alex Besendorf of Blue Earth, MN;   Jacob Kendall of Danube, MN; Father Roger (Lynn) Ohm of Litchfield, MN, sister Carolyn (John) Steman of Litchfield, MN; brother David Ohm of Montrose, MN; niece Jessica (Luke) Euerle and great-niece Lydia of Litchfield, MN; Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

She is preceded in death by her Mother Jeanette and her grandparents.
