Evelyn B. Tesch

Evelyn B. Tesch 84 of Elmore passed away Friday, August 18, 2017 at Parkview Care Center in Wells. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, August 24, 2017, at 11:00 AM, at Elmore United Methodist Church in Elmore, with Rev. Mark Brickzin and Rev. Gordon Orde officiating.  Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Elmore, at a later date.  Visitation time will be from 5:00pm‑7:00pm Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at Patton FH, at Patton Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 400 E. 14th Street in Blue Earth, and 1 hour before the service at the church.  Web tributes may be left at www.pattonfh.com She was born July 19, 1933, in Pilot Grove Township, the daughter of Murrell and Pearl (Stanley) Clark. Evelyn was very active in her church choir, circle, chairperson of the bazaar bakery, and was UMW woman of the year. She took great pride in her church and loved the church family. She worked for the Elmore Nursery and TAFCO as a bookkeeper and was the receptionist for Dr. Robert Cullen. Sunday dinners were her specialty for many years, everyone loved her cooking. Evelyn was a loving, caring wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, who loved her family very much. She will be so missed!!! She is survived by her husband, Darold Tesch of Elmore, daughter, Rhonda (Craig) Lloyd of Elmore, daughter, Debbie (Gene) Murphy of Blue Earth , sister, Shirley Elmore of Lake Crystal, daughter‑in‑law, Mildi Tesch of Elmore, 6 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Barry Tesch, parents, brother, Clayton Clark, and brother-in-law, Mervin Elmore.
