Lorene (Willmert) Campos, age 90, of Blue Earth, died Thursday, January 29, 2015, at St. Lukes Lutheran Care Center, Blue Earth. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2015, at 2:00 PM, at Patton Funeral Home in Blue Earth, with Rev. Arne Bjelland officiating. Burial will be at United Lutheran Cemetery, Frost. Visitation time will be on Feb 5, 2015 at St. Lukes Lutheran Care Center from noon to 1 pm, and then at Patton Funeral Home from 1:30 pm to 2 pm before the service.Web tributes may be left at www.pattonfh.com.Lorene was born January 12, 1925, in Frost, the daughter of Julius W. and Kristi (Hatlestad) Willmert. She was raised in Frost where she was a 1942 graduate of Frost High School. She was first married to Orville Paulson and later married to Robert Campos on May 8, 1955. Lorene was a homemaker who loved to shop for jewelry, clothes, makeup and shoes on the Home Shopping Network and other places. She enjoyed living and traveling in the SW United States. Lorene loved spending time with her nieces. Her pomeranian, "Pepi" was her close companion. Lorene will be remembered fondly by her family. Lorene is survived by her nieces: Kay (Larry) Lloyd of Frost, Bonnie (Duane) Gartzke of Blue Earth, Joyce Fraser of Albert Lea, Lois Willmert of Winnebago, Bridget (Tom) Boik of Battle Lake, MN, and her sister-in-law, Evelyn Willmert of Blue Earth.She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant sister, her husbands, and three brothers: Ronald, Vernal & Melford Willmert; sisters-in-law, Gladys & Billy Willmert and a niece, Mary Jane Farley.
