Mrs. MARJORIE JEAN "BUTLER" BUEGLER, age 95, of Blue Earth, died Saturday, May 18, 2013, at United Hospital.A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at 11:00 AM, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Blue Earth, with Rev. Wesley Hafner officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Blue Earth. Visitation time will be from 5:00 7:00PM Monday, May 20, 2013, and 1 hour before at the service at the church., at Patton Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 400 E. 14th Street in Blue Earth. Web tributes may be left at www.pattonfh.comShe was born March 13, 1918, at home in Pilot Grove Township South of Blue Earth, the daughter of Harold & Celia (Kinne) Butler. She and her 4 sisters, Doris Elaine, Betty Belle, Lois Mae, and Carol Jane were raised on a farm N.E. of Blue Earth. She went to country school then Blue Earth High School and graduated in 1935. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Paul''s Lutheran Church. She worked as bookkeeper for the Blue Earth Creamery for 3 years and then took a year of teachers training in Blue Earth. She married Harley Buegler June 21, 1939 at her parents home near rural Blue Earth.She is survived by her daughter, Audrey (James) Borcherding of Belmond, IA, her son, David (Susan) Buegler of Avon, OH, her 4 granddaughters, Valerie (Jeffrey) Bovee, Vonda (Alan) Junck, Kristen (Stephen) Cooper, Carol (Lee) Zannoni, and 12 great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and 3 sisters. .
