LINDA J. ADAMS, age 64, of Elmore, died Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at her home.Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2011, at 11:00 AM, at Patton Funeral Home in Blue Earth, with Rev. Michael Roys officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Elmore. Visitation time will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Monday, at Patton Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 400 E. 14th Street, in Blue Earth and one hour prior to services. Web tributes may be left at www.pattonfh.comLinda was born October 15, 1946, in Fairmont, the daughter of Byrl and Florence (Osberg) Cummins. She was raised in Blue Earth where she was a 1964 graduate of Blue Earth High School. She was married to Dennis Adams on January 31, 1965 in Blue Earth. The couple resided in Elmore where they raised three wonderful children. Linda also worked with her husband at Elmore Ag for several years as a bookkeeper . Later she began working at Pioneer Bank in Elmore where she was currently employed. Linda and Dennis loved to travel throughout the U.S. and she always loved to shop, especially at various antique stores and flea markets. Family was the most important thing to her and she was an amazing wife, mother & grandmother.Linda is survived by her mother, Florence Cummins of Fairmont, son, David (Kim) Adams of Blue Earth, her son, Brent (Tammy) Adams of Elmore, her daughter, Angela Moore (Alan) of Madelia, her brother, Terri (Lori) Cummins of Fairmont, 8 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter and several nieces, nephews and cousins.She was preceded in death by her father, husband in 2010 and a sister, Judy Distad.
