Gerda Anderson

Gerda was born September 18, 1910, at Blue Earth, the daughter of Ole and Annie (Erickson) Anderson.She was raised and educated in Blue Earth where she graduated from Blue Earth High School in 1928. She worked at the Blue Earth telephone office from 1927 to 1972, where she was an operator and later the office manager. She was a lifetime member of Trinity Lutheran Church where she was active in circle, ladies aide and card club. Gerda enjoyed knitting, crocheting and wintering in Florida following her retirement until she became a resident of New Life Manor in the early 1990''s.She is survived by many cousins.Gerda was preceded in death by her Parents, and a Sister, Leona Anderson in 1960.
